They email me daily, impossible to opt out. I will have to file a complaint with the BBB and possibly get my Attorney involved.

Customer service asked if I wanted to save money at first with a different package. Then requested that I change my qualifying questions. I stated that I wanted a different type of candidate than zip recruiter was offering at this time.

I need my email set up the right way. I have tried online and with the phone number. My Email has always been seanbradleyking@***.com not seanbking@***.com. I have been missing job opportunities because of this error. I hope you can fix this soon.

All of their Pricing Options not given when you sign up

When you go to post a job, they only show $16.00 per day/per job. After seeing the cost, and having had job slots cost, I called and asked was there another pricing plan, and there is. The $319 price was better than the 528.

Called them and said the had to ability to override the black and white policies yet were still not budging, or meeting halfway with refunding half the fees or anything other than offering a credit and very tiny 25% refund.. PATHETIC & UNETHICAL

Original review Oct 07, 2020
Terrible company. Charged me $2K in hidden charges for a $16/hr job that got ZERO leads. They hide all their fees until you authorize credit card and then charge you a DAILY AMOUNT...NOT a monthly amount like I thought. Freakin shady sh_it! $500 a month times 4 months (since the don't email you invoices) for posting an entry level position is GRAND THEFT!!! And their retention specialist could do nothing more than offer a credit and a super tiny partial refund. I will dispute all charges and write 12 more reviews like this all over the internet. Cannot get response from service as an applicant

the online key word doesnt answer the question. it then ask for you to contact them which I did. I do not hear anything back. the 800 number is a recording and nobody will come to the phone. Therefore, you wont talk to a live person.

The trial period produced horrible resumes and unqualified personnel, so on day 3, I canceled. Zip recruiter continued for one month and charged my card 512.00. The customer service rep I spoke with thought it was hysterical and refused any refund.
