Unqualified Candidates
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We tried the 7-day FREE trial, which turned out to be only a 2-day FREE trial, and we were charged $103 for nothing.
The only candidate that responded in 5 days was someone with absolutely no experience. ZipRecruiter posts your ad, takes your money with ZERO accountability.

My Information is missing
Update: another bit of information might be playing a part in my missing account.My IP Address is showing Monteque, PA. I do not live in PA but live in NY State.
I have had tremendous responses from resumes sent out! I was expecting communications from potential employers today.However, when I started checking for my notifications, all of my profile, my resume, my activity, my applications etc is gone!
Something is wrong. It happened at some point today.

Unable to contact
Ziprecruiter does not let you talk to a customer representative if you are a job seeker. I received an interview invitation via ziprecruiter message which i could view in my email but not on the website.
So i couldnt reply.
I tried contacting customer service but it was not possible. So i basically missed an interview because of ziprecruiter

We are trying to change our password
Terrible we paid over $1300 a month with zip recruiter and we used them for over a year and apparently when you have one person who wants to blame everything on our company whenever their is 3 fingers pointing at themselves dont make sense. I thought the business owner who pays that amount each month for the services shouldve been called and asked what happened versus just suspending the business over someone you as a company who dont even know only a resume nor have any connection with doesnt make sense to me

Need to see applied for ones quicker
When you have applied for a job, it needs to have the applied box at the TOP and not the bottom. It should also be a color so you can skip quickly.
We are spending several hours looking for jobs, open them up, reading them all the way to the bottom to have it say APPLIED! Or even better would be still have the applied at the top in a color and have ones we have applied for in column titled ALREADY APPLIED. I have talked to so many others who are like me are getting discouraged using your company. You have a great company.
Please make it customer friendly so we can put in more apps a day. Thank you.

Cancelled account without notification and reasoning
We are a small company looking for employers like others. When we attempted to log into our account one day to review our applicants, we were unable to log in.
Upon contacting the support team, we were notified that our account had been closed without notification due to ZipRecruiter not being able to verify the information they need. When we asked the support team what information they needed, they stated that they stated that they reserve the right to not disclose specific information and to close an account at any given time without notice.
We attempted to contact the Trust and Safety team to see if there are any way we can try to verify that we are a legitimate company to get our account back. However, they responded stating that their decision was final and they would not reinstate our account.

Cancelled subscription and then charged $175.00
I was charged by Zip Recruiter $175 when I had cancelled.
I used them for a job search for our law office and they had a lot of candidates that fit the profile of what we needed in the firm. And they were excellent but I cant seem to get my subscription cancelled.
I am very disappointed and frustrated in the cancellation process. Please help.

Many of the jobs listed, the companies are not hiring. The jobs posted are non existent. This is terribly frustrating for someone who is legitimately looking for a job!
